Daily Humanity is bringing advanced, field-tested HEAT with Drones program to an accessible and safe European location in Portugal

Standard Duty of Care framework does not work anymore. What we know as Hostile Environment Awareness Training has a critical blind spot. The rapid proliferation of FPV drones on the frontlines globally means traditional ground-threat protocols are no longer enough to keep field teams safe.

To address this urgent gap, Daily Humanity is bringing our advanced, field-tested HEAT with Drones program to an accessible European location in Portugal this August.

The Curriculum: Built for Modern Warfare

This is a 3-day residential course focused specifically on the reality of drone warfare. It features 90% practical simulation, teaching frontline personnel how to:

  • Identify specific combat drone signatures.
  • Execute immediate evasion and cover tactics.
  • Perform advanced tactical medicine (the MARCH protocol) under active aerial surveillance.
  • Navigate real-world scenarios of drone attacks

Trusted by the Industry's Best

Teams from The New York Times, WSJ, The Telegraph have already experienced this training. The feedback from newsrooms on the ground is unanimous: this specific curriculum, with execution from top frontline professionals, bridges a vital gap that standard, legacy HEAT simply does not touch.

"The instructing staff were very experienced and helpful, quantifying their teaching through practical exercises and scenarios."

Country Security Manager, The New York Times

"One of the few programmes calibrated to the realities of working in frontlines, offering a brief and sobering snapshot of the lethal airborne."

Antonia Langford, Reporter, The Telegraph
